Technical Skills Required for Python Developer role 5+ years of Python developmentStrong proficiency in Python programming languageHands-on experience with Kubernetes for deploying, managing, and scaling containerized workloadsExperience with Grafana and observability tools (Prometheus, metrics, logs, traces, alerting)Familiarity with open-source frameworks and libraries relevant to backend and platform developmentFamiliar with test-driven development methodologyHands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, TeamCity)Experience with scripting languages (Shell, Regular Expressions)Experience working in Agile methodology (sprint planning, daily scrum, retrospectives, etc.)Working knowledge of Linux administration and troubleshootingAwareness of Docker, Ansible, Splunk/SIEM, and Public Cloud platformsExposure to proxy, networking, or identity/authentication concepts (JWT, OAuth, SPIFFE) is a plus
