Full Stack Developer

Location: Amman, Jordan Job Description: The Full Stack Developer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing application features across backend, frontend, and database layers. The role focuses on delivering reliable, well-structured code while following established coding standards, SDLC processes, and architectural guidelines. Responsibilities: Application Development: Develop backend services using C#, .NET Core 8, ASP.NET Zero (abp.io)Implement frontend components using jQuery, Bootstrap, and Metronic UIDevelop and maintain RESTful APIs for internal and external consumptionImplement business logic in multi-tenant environments with proper permission handlingEnhance and maintain Windows client applications using the MVP pattern where requiredSupport mobile application features as assigned by the Development Team Lead Database & Data Handling: Write and optimize SQL Server queries, views, and stored proceduresEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and performanceFollow best practices for database access, transactions, and concurrencyAssist in analyzing and resolving data-related issues Code Quality & Standards: Write clean, readable, and maintainable code following internal coding standardsParticipate in code reviews and address review feedbackFollow defined architecture and design patternsAssist in refactoring legacy code under guidanceEnsure proper error handling, logging, and validation SDLC & Delivery: Work within Agile/Scrum methodologyParticipate in sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectivesDeliver assigned tasks within sprint timelinesCollaborate with QA to fix defects and improve test coverageSupport deployments to QA, UAT, and production environments when required DevOps & Repository Usage: Follow defined branching and merging strategiesUse GitHub / Azure DevOps repositories responsiblyEnsure commits are clear, traceable, and aligned with user storiesSupport CI/CD pipelines by fixing build or deployment issues related to code changes Knowledge Sharing & Documentation: Document assigned modules, APIs, and business logicMaintain up-to-date technical documentation as requiredParticipate in knowledge transfer sessionsShare understanding of implemented features with team members Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with Senior Developers and Development Team LeadCoordinate with QA, DevOps, and Infra teams for smooth deliveryEscalate blockers, risks, or unclear requirements earlyCollaborate effectively with distributed teams (Jordan, Saudi Arabia, India) Security & Compliance: Follow secure coding practicesProtect sensitive data and credentialsComply with internal security policies and access controlsSupport audits, logging, and traceability requirements Job Relations: Reports to Development Team LeadWorks closely with Senior Developers, QA, DevOps, and Infra teamsCoordinates with Technical Delivery Lead as required Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in software developmentStrong experience in C#, .NET Core 8, SQL Server, jQuery, and Windows client appsKnowledge of Agile/Scrum, Jira, DevOps, CI/CD, and version control best practicesStrong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills Competencies: Strong organizational and prioritization skillsExcellent communication and documentation abilitiesAnalytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detailAbility to translate business requirements into technical deliverablesComfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment Skills: Backend: C#, .NET Core 8, ASP.NET Zero (abp.io) Frontend: jQuery, Bootstrap, Metronic Database: Microsoft SQL Server Real-time: SignalR Version Control: Git (GitHub / Azure DevOps) CI/CD: Azure DevOps Pipelines Documentation: SharePoint / internal documentation tools Project Management: Jira / Azure Boards Languages: Fluent in English (required).
