As we continue to grow, we’re on the lookout for a Software Engineer to help design, build and evolve the platforms that power our products and customer experiences. About the Role As the Software Engineer, you’ll design, develop and maintain secure, high-performance software that supports both our internal operations and customer-facing systems. You’ll work across backend services, APIs, integrations and modern cloud infrastructure, contributing to reliable, scalable solutions in a regulated, real-world environment. This is a hands-on engineering role with real ownership, suited to someone who enjoys solving complex problems, building high-quality software and helping others grow. You'll play a key role in shaping our engineering capability by sharing your expertise, mentoring developers and championing best practice in modern software development, particularly across our C#/.NET environment. . In this role you will be responsible for Designing and building backend services using C#/.NET (ASP.NET Core) and PHP (Laravel)Developing modern front-end experiences using React / NextJSCreating and evolving REST/gRPC APIs and integrationsDeploying and managing cloud infrastructure in AWSModelling and optimising data in SQL Server / PostgreSQLImplementing automated testing across unit and integration layersSupporting CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices and production releasesMonitoring, troubleshooting and improving system reliability and performanceApplying secure coding practices and supporting compliance requirementsCollaborating with QA, Product and external testing partners to deliver high-quality releasesProviding technical mentoring and guidance to other developers, particularly across C#/.NET development.Supporting code reviews, engineering standards and continuous improvement initiatives.Contributing to documentation, engineering standards and continuous improvement About You You're an experienced Software Engineer with deep expertise in C#/.NET and a passion for building high-quality, scalable software. You're someone other developers naturally turn to for advice and guidance, and you enjoy mentoring others while remaining hands-on in delivery. You think beyond writing code, considering reliability, security, performance and long-term maintainability. You enjoy collaborating across teams, communicating technical concepts clearly and taking ownership of delivering great outcomes.
