In this position, you will focus on the design, development, and enhancement of applications within the BMC Helix framework to address our clients' unique business challenges. Your expertise will drive the customization and optimization of Helix solutions, ensuring seamless integration and user experience. Key Responsibilities: Develop, configure, and maintain applications on the BMC Helix platformCollaborate with business analysts to gather and translate requirements into functional solutionsCustomize Helix functionalities to improve performance and user engagementConduct testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverablesParticipate in code reviews and contribute to best practice discussions within the teamDocument development processes and application designs for future referenceKeep up-to-date with the latest updates in BMC Helix and relevant technologies Requirements Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related disciplineProven experience with BMC Helix or similar IT service management toolsStrong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, or PythonUnderstanding of RESTful APIs and service-oriented architectureExperience with database management systems, including SQL databasesProficiency in version control systems like GitAbility to work collaboratively in a remote team environmentStrong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset Preferred Qualifications: Certification in BMC Helix development or related IT certificationsFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practicesExperience in system performance tuning and optimization techniquesExcellent communication skills and the ability to interact with various stakeholders
