About The Job
Cityside Fiber is seeking a motivated Information Systems Developer to join our IT team.
This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining internal business applications, integrations, and automated workflows that support HR, Operations, Finance, and other functions across the company, and plays a key part in modernizing and scaling Cityside's internal systems as the company grows.
Success in this position requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain internal applications, scripts, and system integrations that support business operationsDevelop and maintain automated workflows and process integrations (e.g., Power Automate, APIs) connecting core business systems such as the HRIS, timekeeping, and CRM platformsWrite, test, and debug code across front-end and back-end components as needed for internal toolsCollaborate with department stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business processes into functional technical specificationsMaintain and troubleshoot existing databases, applications, and integrations, resolving issues in a timely mannerDocument system architecture, workflows, and code to support maintainability and knowledge transferEvaluate and recommend new tools, platforms, and technologies to improve system efficiency and reliabilityEnsure data integrity, security, and compliance across systems and integrationsSupport system upgrades, migrations, and testing effortsContribute to a culture of trust, integrity, and collaborationUnderstand and uphold Cityside Fiber's core purpose and values and be passionate about what we do

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experienceAt least 3 years of experience in software/application development, systems integration, or a related information systems roleProficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages (e.g., SQL, JavaScript, Python, or similar)Experience with system integrations, APIs, and workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Automate or similar platforms)Familiarity with relational databases and data management best practicesStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teamsAbility to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and work under pressureStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills
