Job Description The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications and systems.This role requires advanced technical expertise in programming languages and development tools to create solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.The Senior Software Engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams, including other engineers, designers, and product managers, to ensure the software is functional, scalable, and reliable.Additionally, this role plays a key leadership role in mentoring junior and mid-level engineers while driving technical direction and architectural decisions.This is a hybrid role.You will be required to be in our Jackson offices on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Required Skills Extensive .NET 5.0+ experience: 4+ yearsExtensive frontend experience (Angular or React/Next): 4+ yearsPrior experience upskilling other team membersCloud-first development and troubleshootingAbility to quickly learn, implement, and teach new tools, techniques, languages, and processesAble to talk with stakeholders and customers alikeAbility to maintain end-to-end solutions, address production bugs, and ensure overall system reliability
