Overview
We’re looking for a highly creative and technically elite Designer–Engineer to own the look, feel, and frontend architecture of modern web products.
This role blends world-class UI/UX design taste with deep JavaScript engineering, building fast, beautiful, production-grade interfaces.
Core Responsibilities
Design and build pixel-perfect user interfaces using Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/uiTranslate product vision and Figma designs into high-performance React componentsOwn frontend architecture, state management, and performance optimizationCollaborate with product, backend, and leadership on end-to-end user experienceImplement design systems, component libraries, and responsive layoutsIntegrate with Node.js APIs and real-time servicesIterate rapidly, shipping polished features weekly
Required Skills
Expert in JavaScript / TypeScriptDeep experience with Next.js (App Router), React, Node.jsAdvanced proficiency in Tailwind CSS and shadcn/uiStrong UI/UX instincts: spacing, typography, motion, hierarchy, interaction designExperience building design systems and component librariesFamiliarity with modern tooling: Vercel, Git, CI/CD, PostHog/analytics, etc.
