Now they're investing in the next generation of their web platform. This isn't a role where you'll spend your days tweaking UI components or fixing CSS bugs. You'll help rebuild the frontend architecture that powers one of the company's most important customer experiences—improving performance, scalability, SEO, and conversion while establishing the technical foundation for future growth. What You'll Do As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you'll own some of the highest-impact initiatives across the web platform. You'll: Lead the redesign and implementation of critical customer journeys, including search, listings, and detail pages.Architect modern frontend solutions using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.Improve Core Web Vitals, rendering performance, caching strategies, and overall user experience.Drive technical decisions around scalability, maintainability, and frontend architecture.Establish reusable patterns, best practices, and engineering standards across the frontend codebase.Partner closely with Product, Design, and Backend Engineering to deliver exceptional customer experiences.Mentor other engineers through code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural guidance.Take ownership of projects from technical design through production deployment and ongoing optimization. What We're Looking For We're looking for an engineer who enjoys solving difficult frontend problems—not someone who simply builds screens. You'll likely be successful if you have: 5+ years of professional experience building modern React applications.Strong experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.Experience developing high-traffic, consumer-facing web applications.A track record of leading significant frontend initiatives such as migrations, platform modernization, or large feature launches.Deep understanding of frontend performance, rendering strategies, caching, data fetching, accessibility, and SEO.Strong architectural thinking and the ability to balance technical quality with business priorities.Experience collaborating across Product, Design, and Engineering in fast-paced environments.Excellent communication skills and a high degree of ownership.
