Our flagship platform, COMPASS, enables leading contractors and subcontractors across North America to make smarter, safer, and more informed risk decisions. We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who is excited by meaningful technical challenges, enjoys collaborating with smart and supportive teammates, and wants to have real impact in a growing product-driven company. This is an opportunity to work on modern cloud applications, influence technical direction, and help scale products used across the construction industry. This role will be hybrid and will require you to work at least 2 days per week in our downtown Toronto office to collaborate with your team.
