Key Responsibilities Deliver quality code that fulfills the business requirementsDevelop and maintain standards of software development and components where applicable within the teamConduct code reviews that adhere to organizational standardsTake ownership of systems and services assigned in productionIdentify and reduce technical debtLiaise with a broad range of people including peers, product owners, and other stakeholders Key Capabilities/Experience Experience with modern software development frameworks such as Lit, React, Vue, Angular, Svelte and othersExperience with the Javascript ecosystem, tooling, and package managementGood understanding of modern front-end development conceptsExperience or familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Minimum Qualifications 5-7 years of software development experience, with a minimum of 5 years experience in Front-End developmentDeep understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScriptGood understanding of web accessibilityExperience using test runners such as Karma, Jest and Web Test RunnerExperience using test frameworks/libraries such as Mocha, Chai and SinonExperience using complex git workflowsProficient in English (written and verbal)Strong communication skillsExperience with agile and scrum or kanban
