About the role
This is a full stack developer position focused on enterprise identity and access integration.
The role involves designing and supporting integrations across enterprise applications, platforms, and IAM solutions, working closely with security and architecture teams.
The role is ideal for candidates with a developer or system integration background who want to build long‑term expertise in identity governance, access management, and automation.
What you will do
Design and implement integration solutions between enterprise systems and identity platformsDevelop and maintain APIs, connectors, and automation scripts supporting IAM / IGA workflowsSupport integrations related to Identity Governance, and Access ManagementCollaborate closely with architecture, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver compliant solutionsTroubleshoot integration issues, data flow problems, and performance bottlenecksPrepare and maintain technical documentation, configurations, and integration designsSupport testing, handover, and BAU activities for delivered solutions
What we're looking for
3–5 years of hands-on experience as a System Engineer, Integration Engineer, or Software DeveloperStrong developer or integration background (system integration, APIs, automation, middleware)Proficiency in one or more programming / scripting languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, etc.)Solid understanding of API integration, REST / SOAP services, and JSON / XML data formatsExperience working in large enterprise environments is a strong advantageExposure to Identity, Access Management, or PAM (AD, Azure AD, CyberArk, Okta, etc.) is preferredDegree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalentExperience in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries is a strong advantage.Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese) is a MUSTStrong troubleshooting skills and able to work in a regulated / security‑focused environment
