IT Infrastructure Operations Lead – Gaming – Hybrid Clear career progression on offer Excellent hybrid capabilities Unique hands-on AI exposure This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and industry leading gaming entity as their Infrastructure Operations Lead, allowing you the chance to take your infrastructure career to exciting new heights. You will have the opportunity to lead a team of IT Support and DevOps Engineers, giving you the chance to impart your own experience and knowledge on juniors allowing you to leave a lasting legacy. This is far more than a traditional IT Operations role. You'll have the opportunity to shape how technology is delivered across the business while driving innovation through AI and automation, enabling you the chance to gain unique and exciting hands on technical exposure. You will: Lead and mentor a team of IT Support and DevOps Engineers.Own and manage the company's internal IT infrastructure and day-to-day operations.Collaborate closely with Engineering and DevOps teams on infrastructure, deployments, and internal tooling.Identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.Deliver infrastructure and technical improvement projects. Skills / Experience: 2+ years’ experience leading IT Infrastructure or IT Operations teams.Experience within the Gaming industry.Experience delivering AI or automation initiatives would be a significant advantage.Exposure to DevOps environments (Cloud, CI/CD, Infrastructure Automation).
