Position Description
We are looking for a mid level Automation Engineer (Ansible/Terraform) to join a project focused on automating the deployment of approximately 20 software applications across multiple data centers.
The role involves building and maintaining deployment automation that enables consistent, repeatable, and reliable application delivery across different environments.
The ideal candidate has practical experience with Ansible and/or Terraform, enjoys solving deployment and automation challenges, and is comfortable working with application, infrastructure, and operations teams.
Team member should be able to understand application deployment requirements, translate them into automated workflows, and continuously improve deployment processes by reducing manual effort and increasing reliability.

Salary range: 3000-4500 Euros (gross).
Your future duties and responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Ansible playbooks and roles for automated software deployments.
Automate the deployment of approximately 20 applications across multiple data centers, ensuring consistency and repeatability.
Standardize deployment processes and promote reusable automation components.
Work closely with project teams, and operations teams to gather deployment requirements and implement automation solutions.
Troubleshoot deployment failures and identify opportunities to improve automation, performance, and reliability.
Create and maintain technical documentation for deployment processes and automation solutions.
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
1-2 years of experience with Ansible and/or Terraform.
Experience automating software deployments in Windows environments.
Good understanding of Infrastructure as Code and configuration management principles.
Experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
Familiarity with virtualization or cloud infrastructure.
Basic scripting skills (Bash and/or Python).
Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerShell scripting.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross functional international team.
Full professional proficiency in both Lithuanian and English.
