Your Mission
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer responsible for designing, building, and optimizing secure, scalable enterprise applications across both backend and frontend layers.
The role combines strong Java and Spring Boot engineering with practical frontend development experience, primarily using Angular, to deliver reliable APIs, intuitive user interfaces, and cloud-ready solutions that support critical reporting and analytics across the organization.
Key Responsabilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Java and Spring Boot microservices, APIs, and full stack applications with modern frontend frameworks, primarily Angular, while remaining open to React or other frontend technologies where relevant.
Produce clean, secure, and efficient code aligned with engineering standards.
Build and maintain responsive, accessible, and maintainable user interfaces using Angular and modern frontend engineering practices, with attention to usability, performance, testing, and clean integration with backend APIs.
Contribute across all stages of the product lifecycle in close collaboration with cross‑functional engineering teams.
Work within an Agile, CI/CD‑driven environment and contribute to improving development workflows.
Apply architectural concepts to ensure secure, scalable, and highly available solutions.
Write unit, integration, and automated tests and integrate them into the CI/CD pipeline.
Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and technical decision‑making.
Mentor junior developers, promote best practices, and support collaborative team culture.
Work with business analysts, users, and UI/UX designers to translate requirements into effective user journeys, reusable frontend components, and intuitive solutions that connect cleanly with backend services.
Essential Skills & Experience:
5+ years of development experience in a senior engineering role.
Backend: Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, and common design patterns.
Frontend: Strong practical experience with Angular, including component architecture, reactive forms, routing, RxJS, state management, accessibility, and integration with REST APIs.
Experience with React or other modern frontend frameworks is a plus.
Microservices: Hands‑on experience designing and implementing microservice-based architectures.
API integration: Ability to design and consume RESTful APIs, handle authentication and authorization flows, manage error handling, and collaborate on clear contracts between frontend and backend services.
Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and deploying/managing cloud‑native applications.
Databases: Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, BigQuery).
CI/CD: Experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and automated build/deploy pipelines.
Containers: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm charts.
Strong analytical and communication skills, initiative, autonomy, and a continuous learning mindset.
Ability to share knowledge, coach others, and contribute to a positive engineering culture.
Comfortable working in an Agile environment with evolving requirements.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Nice‑to‑have skills
Kafka, Pub/Sub, or event-driven design for integrating backend services, asynchronous workflows, and data-processing pipelines.
Terraform, CI/CD as code Performance tuning and distributed tracing (Grafana, OpenTelemetry) Security best practices for full stack applications, including OAuth2, JWT, IAM, secure API design, frontend authorization patterns, and protection of sensitive data.
