About The Role
CodeVertex Talent is hiring a DevOps Engineer to improve software delivery through automated infrastructure, reliable deployment pipelines, observability, and shared engineering practices.
This is a fully remote United States position with clear expectations for communication, documentation, security, and ownership.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, deployment workflows, and environment standards.Support containerized applications, cloud services, secrets, configuration, monitoring, and release processes.Partner with developers to improve build reliability, testing, deployment speed, and operational readiness.Investigate delivery and production issues and implement repeatable fixes.Document platform procedures, release controls, runbooks, and engineering standards.
Required Qualifications
Experience with cloud platforms, containers, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and production operations.Proficiency with scripting, Linux, version control, and automated deployment tooling.Understanding of monitoring, security, networking, configuration management, and incident response.Ability to collaborate across engineering teams and communicate operational tradeoffs.Strong automation mindset and disciplined documentation practices.
