What You'll Do
Build marketing sites and web experiences for exciting tech startups at the cutting edge using Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, and Tailwind CSSContribute to internal tooling — we're actively building AI-native systems and automation agents for internal workflowsMake creative decisions or execute creative explorations where necessary during development while collaborating deeply with our design team to bring a design to life

What we’re looking for
3+ years of experience in a development roleStrong TypeScript/React fundamentals, comfortable with NextJS and an understanding of other JS frameworksEye for design-engineering — you care about pixel-level polish, not just "it works"Able to work independently on a project once scoped, but communicate clearly when blockedStrength in, or curiosity, about AI tooling in dev workflows (we use Claude Code heavily, including custom skills)Interest in frontier tech (AI, energy, robotics)
