Our client is an early-stage, venture-backed AI startup building the next generation of software for the physical security industry.
With a rapidly growing customer base and a small, high-caliber engineering team, they're looking for engineers who want to build products from the ground up and have a direct impact on both the technology and the business.
As a Founding Full Stack Engineer, you'll work directly with the founders to build AI-powered products used in real-world environments.
You'll own features end-to-end, move quickly from idea to production, and help shape the technical foundation of the platform as it scales.
What You'll Be Building
Build AI-powered agents that coordinate guards, robots, cameras, and sensors to support real-time security operations.Own products from concept through deployment, partnering closely with customers to understand problems and deliver impactful solutions.Develop across the full stack, including backend services, web applications, native iOS and Android apps, and the AI infrastructure that powers the platform.Scale existing products by improving reliability, performance, and user experience as customer adoption grows.Continuously iterate using production feedback and real-world usage data to improve AI workflows and product capabilities.Help define engineering best practices and contribute to the long-term technical direction of the company.
What They're Looking For
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.Previous experience at a high-growth startup, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.Strong full stack engineering experience building production software across backend systems, frontend applications, and cloud infrastructure.Experience using modern AI tools, LLMs, or agentic AI as part of the software development process.A strong product mindset with a passion for solving real customer problems and building intuitive user experiences.Self-motivated, highly autonomous, and excited to take ownership from idea through production.
