Full Stack Developer

IDR is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join one of our top clients for an on-site opportunity in Austin, TX. This role involves developing and maintaining web-based applications within a government agency focused on agriculture. The position offers a chance to work on complex software solutions leveraging a range of modern technologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Position Overview for the Full Stack Developer: Develop, test, and debug complex client/server and web-based applications using technologies such as C# (.Net), Blazor, and SQL.Design and implement front and back-end solutions to support web applications with HTML5, CSS, SQL, and other related frameworks.Coordinate with systems analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand technical limitations, and deliver effective solutions.Provide ongoing support for existing software applications through diagnosing issues and implementing enhancements.Engage in research and development to recommend improvements and optimize application development processes.Requirements for the Full Stack Developer: 4+ years of experience in web-based software development.Strong proficiency in programming languages and frameworks including C# (.Net), HTML, HTML5, CSS, SQL, and stored procedures.Hands-on experience with agile SDLC methodology and team collaboration.Ability to analyze and resolve root cause issues efficiently.Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops, Jira, or similar tools.What's in it for you?
