Manual QA Engineer We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join our team and help ensure the quality and reliability of our digital platforms. In this role, you will collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and QA team members to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions and improve overall product quality. Your responsibilities Collaborating closely with developers, QA team members, and product stakeholders Designing and executing test plans for applications and system components Verifying that application functionality meets business and technical requirements Identifying, documenting, and reporting bugs Supporting developers in reproducing and resolving issues Monitoring logs and ensuring data integrity and security Recommending improvements to enhance system quality and performance Managing and maintaining test environments Contributing to continuous improvement of QA processes Our requirements Minimum 3 years of commercial experience as a QA Engineer Strong understanding of testing methodologies and QA processes Experience in software quality assurance and SDLC Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and ability to identify edge cases Flexibility and ability to adapt testing approaches to different projects Very good command of English (used daily in an international environment) Willingness to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in the office) Strong interest in developing skills in test automation and process improvement Nice to have Automation-related certification What we offer Hybrid work model (2 days per week in the office) Opportunity to work on global-scale platforms International and collaborative work environment Continuous learning and development opportunities English lessons Attractive remuneration in Euro Individual development budget Mentoring and support from experienced professionals Space for growth towards test automation Flexible working hours Participation in conferences and industry events Partially or fully funded training Interested?
