Full Stack Engineer

Full-stack Developer — Mechelen (Hybrid) We are a leading international staffing company with offices across Europe, connecting top talent with world-class organisations. With a strong regional presence and a people-first culture, we're growing our technology team and looking for a skilled Frontend Developer to help us build the digital products that power our business. As a Frontend Developer, you'll work within a collaborative, cross-functional team to build and maintain high-performance web applications. You'll play a key role in shaping the user experience of our client- and candidate-facing platforms, with a strong focus on technical quality, performance, and search visibility. What You'll Be Doing: Developing scalable, maintainable frontend applications using Vue.js and TypeScriptImplementing and optimising SEO best practices — including technical SEO, structured data, page performance, and Core Web VitalsCollaborating with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into polished, accessible interfacesWorking closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure a seamless user experienceContributing to code reviews, technical documentation, and continuous improvement of frontend standards What They're Looking For: 2+ years of professional frontend development experienceStrong proficiency in Vue.js (Vue 3 / Composition API preferred)Knowledge of C# is a plus.Solid TypeScript skills across real-world production codebasesDemonstrable expertise in SEO — both technical and content-driven optimisationFamiliarity with web performance tooling (Lighthouse, Web Vitals, lazy loading, etc.) What They Offer Hybrid working model — split between home and our Mechelen officeSalary: €3,500 - €5,000Company bonusCompany carThe chance to work on products that make a real impact across multiple markets If interested get in touch: daniel.zelnis@vividresourcing.com
