DevOps Engineer

Company Description Dubsof is building the operating layer for business. Founded in 2025, we are full-time and in-person in Dublin. We have built a platform that generates, runs and maintains complete business software systems from natural language, and we are backed by Project Europe and top-tier angel investors including David Singleton (former Stripe CTO). Role Description This is a full-time, on-site DevOps Engineer role based in Dublin. The DevOps Engineer will design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure to support AI-driven applications and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and evolving Infrastructure as Code pipelines, configuring and monitoring CI workflows, and ensuring reliable deployments across environments. The role involves close collaboration with software development teams to streamline build and release processes, optimize system performance, and maintain secure, resilient Linux-based systems. The DevOps Engineer will also troubleshoot production issues, develop automation scripts, and contribute to continuous improvements in reliability, observability, and operational efficiency. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Infrastructure as Code (IaC) skills, with experience using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar technologies.Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (Python, Go, Bash) for automation and tooling.Hands-on CI experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) building and maintaining automated pipelines.Strong Linux system administration: configuration, monitoring, security hardening, performance tuning.Solid networking and container fundamentals, with production Kubernetes experience.Bonus: cloud platform experience (AWS preferred), observability tooling, security best practices, Nix experience.Strong problem-solving abilities, collaborative communication skills, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, product-focused environment are required.
