Senior DevOps - Cloud Engineer

Your career at Deutsche Börse Group Your Area of Work: We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to lead and support end-to-end DevOps activities across our platform. The role requires strong expertise in containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native technologies such as OpenShift, Argo CD, and Kubernetes. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth and reliable delivery of software across multiple environments, driving automation, improving deployment processes, and maintaining system stability. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of infrastructure, security principles, and modern DevOps practices. Your Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Argo CDAutomate build, test, and deployment processesEnsure smooth and stable production releases across multiple environmentsDeploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and OpenShift/KubernetesDevelop and maintain Helm charts for application deploymentMonitor system health, performance, and availability across environmentsImplement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutionsTroubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysisLead DevOps activities including build, deployment, and environment managementCollaborate closely with development, QA, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholdersDevelop a strong understanding of the business domain to align technical solutions with business needsContribute to solution design, technical analysis, and architecture discussionsParticipate in requirement analysis and help translate business needs into technical implementationsDrive continuous improvement and DevOps best practicesApply security best practices across CI/CD pipelines and infrastructureEnsure secure configurations and access controlSupport DevSecOps initiatives and compliance requirements Your Profile: Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Argo CDHands-on experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift platformsSolid knowledge of containerization technologies including DockerExperience creating and managing Helm chartsStrong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, Shell) for automation and troubleshootingExperience managing production environments and deploymentsKnowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability toolsUnderstanding of security concepts and DevSecOps practicesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work across multiple environments and systemsStrong collaboration and communication skillsProactive mindset with ownership and accountabilityFamiliarity with cloud platforms (GCP , Azure)Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible Nice to Have Knowledge of Go (Golang)Familiarity with additional programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, or similar)
