Full-stack Developer - Crypto, KL Based

Location: Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur (On-site / In-office) Employment Type: Full-Time This role requires relocation to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Only open to Singapore Citizen About Us We are hiring an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. You will work across our digital asset and payments platform, covering blockchain and wallet integrations as well as our internal order matching system. Our stack uses Node.js for blockchain and wallet related work, and Java or Rust for our internal matching engine, so your background across these areas will shape where you focus most. This is primarily a hands on building role, though prior experience guiding or mentoring other engineers is a welcome plus. Responsibilities Design, build and maintain scalable web applications and backend servicesBuild wallet features that connect to different blockchain networksBuild secure processes for sending and settling digital assetsConnect our systems to blockchain networks and outside APIsWork with smart contracts and secure wallet types such as multi signature and MPCBuild and improve the systems that match and route orders between our own platform usersBuild fast, reliable matching for both currency and crypto order flow among registered users, without connecting to outsidebanking systemsBuild secure holding and verification steps for transactionsDesign systems that stay reliable under high traffic, and improve database speed and scalabilityBuild APIs, real time services, and monitoring and alert systemsWork closely with Product Managers, Designers and QA, and take part in design discussions and code reviews Technical Requirements Frontend: React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSSBackend: Node.js, NestJS or Express.js for blockchain andwallet workJava (Spring Boot) or Rust for internal matching engineworkDatabase: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis or MongoDBCloud and DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS or GCP,CI/CDExperience with one or more blockchains such asEthereum, BNB Chain, Solana, Tron, Polygon or Bitcoin Preferred Experience Experience building large scale financial or trading systemsExperience designing secure transaction processesKnowledge of AML, KYC or fraud prevention toolsFamiliarity with event driven and distributed systemsExperience handling very high daily trafficPrior experience leading or mentoring a team is a plus, though not required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, SoftwareEngineering or a related field5 or more years of professional software developmentexperienceStrong understanding of scalable system designStrong debugging and problem solving skillsAble to work well both independently and with a teamBased in Kuala Lumpur, or currently in Singapore and open to relocating What We Offer Competitive salary with performance bonusesThe chance to build modern fintech and digital asset productsWork alongside experienced blockchain and fintech professionalsA modern engineering culture using current technologiesRoom to grow within a fast growing technology company
