Not a classic IT role. Anthropic Partner. This is not a classic IT role. We are not looking for pure Microsoft Azure administration, and not for someone to tend VMware clusters. We need a person who understands, runs and develops our AI and web infrastructure. You should know what a context window is, why token limits matter when you architect agent workflows, how MCP servers work and how Claude Code fits into CI/CD. How Cloudflare Workers, Vercel deployments and Neon databases play together should be familiar too. Our entire toolchain is web, cloud and AI. Responsibilities What you'll do Infrastructure and security: Cloudflare (DNS, WAF, Workers, Pages, Zero Trust), Vercel deployments, Neon databases, domains, SSL and email routing. You keep operations secure and clean, and you have the infrastructure for new client projects ready in time. AI infrastructure and operations: you understand context windows, token limits and prompt architecture, administer MCP servers, configure agent workflows and set up monitoring. Logging, alerting and fallback paths are what keep our agents reliable. Claude Code, OpenClaw and custom setups are part of your toolkit. Automation and process: you build n8n workflows, CRM connections in Attio, email flows with Brevo and API integrations. And you ask more than "is the system up?" — you ask "does the process behind it make sense?" Web development: with Claude Code you build websites and landing pages. Our stack includes Next.js and Payload CMS. You do not have to be a dedicated frontend developer, but you should understand the whole chain from code to deployment and be able to isolate a fault anywhere along it. Client projects: for B2B companies in technology, services and industry you implement systems to the same standard we hold ourselves to internally. Requirements What you bring Real AI understanding: you do not just use AI tools, you understand what is happening underneath. Context windows, token limits and model selection are familiar ground. Demonstrable IT experience: this is not an entry-level role. You have run, configured and secured web infrastructure before. Web and cloud stack: you know Cloudflare, Vercel, GitHub, CI/CD and databases, and you know how modern web infrastructure is shipped and maintained. Automation: complex flows in n8n, Make or comparable tools are part of your everyday work. APIs and integrations: with REST, webhooks and OAuth you connect systems that have never talked to each other. A hands-on way of working: you do not only draw architectures, you build them, configure them and debug them yourself. You keep your knowledge current, because AI technology moves fast. You speak fluent English. German is a strong advantage. One thing to be clear about: we are not looking for classic system administration for Windows servers, Azure or VMware.
