Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to take a leading role in our fast-growing IT Department. In this role, you will architect scalable web software solutions and drive the full software development life cycle. The role is related to an "experienced developer" working closely with other Senior Developers as well as mentoring junior team members to help them develop their technical capabilities. You will play a pivotal role in harnessing technology to upgrade internal workflows and streamline services. Key Responsibilities: Architecture & Development: Design, architect, and build robust backend solutions using Python (e.g., Flask) and JavaScript (Node.js, Next.js)Frontend Leadership: Lead the development of responsive, high-performance frontends using HTML, JavaScript, and React.jsDatabase Management: Architect and manage complex relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databasesCloud & DevOps: Oversee software infrastructure in serverless environments and manage deployments on AWS/GCP.
