You won't be building product features or working in rigid engineering workflows — instead, you'll keep our marketing websites fast, effective, and continuously improving. You'll thrive here if you enjoy solving problems independently and moving quickly across multiple codebases and CMS platforms. 💡 What You'll Do: ✅ Own the day-to-day development and maintenance of multiple brand websites ✅ Build responsive web pages and components from Figma designs ✅ Work across multiple CMS platforms, including Webflow and similar systems ✅ Add and manage website content, campaigns, landing pages, and posts ✅ Support marketing initiatives, including advertising campaigns and webinars ✅ Analyze existing codebases, identify risks, and implement safe improvements ✅ Optimize websites for performance, usability, and SEO ✅ Ensure pages load quickly and content is intuitive and accessible ✅ Contribute ideas for new components, layouts, and UX improvements ✅ Push updates live efficiently while navigating changing priorities 🔑 What We're Looking For: ▪️ Experience in front-end or marketing web development ▪️ Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals ▪️ Experience working across CMS platforms and managing live websites ▪️ Confidence reading unfamiliar codebases and troubleshooting issues ▪️ Understanding of how development impacts SEO, performance, and conversion ▪️ Strong UX awareness — clear content, fast load times, intuitive journeys ▪️ Comfortable balancing planned work with reactive requests ▪️ A collaborative team player who communicates well with technical and non-technical colleagues 🌟 Bonus Points For: Agency, growth, or multi-brand website experience.
