Software Engineer

Sr. Software Engineer Location: New York - New York Hybrid (4 days onsite) Setting: Hybrid (4 days onsite) Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend software systems and features focused on content delivery at scaleBuild and support highly scalable, low-latency services that handle streaming and analytics workloadsCollaborate on code reviews, design reviews, and architectural discussions with engineering peers and stakeholdersWork closely with SRE and infrastructure teams to improve reliability, resilience, observability, and performanceUse modern development practices, including repositories, CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and cloud deployment workflows Qualifications 10+ years of software development experienceBachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related fieldExperience with Go (Golang) and/or PythonExperience deploying software in cloud environments using Kubernetes and DockerExperience with software repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and test automationExperience with SRE practices supporting scalability and reliabilityStrong backend engineering experience at scaleExperience with ETL, data processing, or streaming systemsExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams Desired Skills Exposure to AWSMedia or streaming platform experienceExperience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
