Description

Clipster connects brands and creators to turn views into profits. Creators clip, remix, and post branded content on platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, earning money for every view they deliver. Brands benefit from scale, simplicity, and reliable performance tracking. We started as an influencer marketing agency and automated our processes, leading to significant growth. In 2025, we launched our platform, grew our team to 35 members, scaled to over 100,000 creators, and paid out more than $5M. We acquired over 120 clients organically and ran campaigns for companies like Telegram, UFC, and Universal Music Group. We are looking for a Backend-Heavy Senior Engineer who isn't afraid to touch the full stack. Your primary domain will be our Golang services and distributed architecture, but you will also work on the React/Next.js frontend when necessary. We value intensity, grit, and a product-focused mindset.
