The Opportunity We're seeking a passionate Lead Cross-Platform Mobile Developer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our groundbreaking productivity platform. You'll lead the development of our mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and native user experience across iOS and Android platforms. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of our cross-platform mobile application using the chosen framework.Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to translate product vision into high-quality, user-centric mobile experiences.Champion technical excellence, writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to best practices.Architect scalable and performant mobile solutions, optimizing for responsiveness and efficient resource utilization.Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment.Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in cross-platform mobile development tools and technologies.Own the mobile development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and maintenance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of experience developing cross-platform mobile applications using a modern framework like Flutter or React Native.Proven track record of shipping high-quality mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms. Preferred Skills Proficiency in a cross-platform mobile development framework (React Native with the Expo framework preferred).Strong knowledge of mobile development languages (e.g., Dart, JavaScript / TypeScript) and related tools (e.g., SDKs, build tools).Experience with version control systems (Git) and familiarity with CI/CD practices.Understanding of mobile testing methodologies and tools.
