Software Engineer (Full Stack / Backend)

What You'll DoBuild and ship backend services and customer-facing web applications used by thousands of patients.Design scalable APIs and systems that power our healthcare platform.Collaborate closely with product, design, operations, and leadership to turn ideas into production features.Own projects end-to-end—from architecture and implementation to deployment and monitoring.Improve performance, reliability, and developer experience across our platform.Review code, contribute to technical decisions, and help establish engineering best practices.Continuously experiment, iterate, and ship quickly in a fast-moving startup environment.
What We're Looking ForStrong computer science fundamentals and software engineering principles.Experience building production web applications and backend systems.Proficiency with modern backend technologies, APIs, databases, and scalable architectures.Ability to write clean, maintainable, well-tested code.Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.Comfortable taking ownership and solving problems with minimal direction.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across engineering, product, and business teams.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent practical experience).
