Backend Engineer will fully leverage our technical expertise to transform business requirements into tangible digital banking products which will directly serve our end users.
We need to actively participate in the overall design of the digital banking solution, delivering a high-performance, highly secure backend system.

Responsible for the development and maintenance of banking systemCommunicate effectively with product managers, designing and implementing product features to support bank systems.Writing high-quality, clean and maintainable code using engineering best practices
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related technical disciplines3 years or more of experience in developing distributed Java systems for internet finance, e-commerce, payment, and credit, etc, and experience in harness engineering.Solid foundation in Computer Science core principles, including Data Structures, Algorithms, Computer Networks, and Operating Systems.Proficiency in at least one mainstream backend language (Golang, Java, Python, or C/C++).Familiarity with web frameworks, RPC, and protocols (e.g., Gin, gRPC, Spring Boot, Django, Flask, HTTP/TCP, Protocol Buffers).Hands-on experience or working knowledge of databases (e.g., MySQL) and middleware (e.g., Redis, Kafka, microservices/K8s).Basic understanding of software design patterns, distributed systems, high concurrency architectures, caching mechanisms, and performance tuning.Strong knowledge in AI, with eagerness to learn and experiment with front-tier technologies like LLMs, Agent/Skill frameworks, and Harness Engineering.Excellent logical thinking, analytical skills, rapid learning capability, and clear communication skills.
