Staff Backend Cloud Engineer

Your mission At Wandelbots, we're building NOVA — a platform that makes robot programming accessible to everyone. Our NOVA Cloud team is building the management & orchestration layer that extends the NOVA ecosystem into the cloud, enables multi-tenancy, and opens the platform to third-party integrations. As a Staff Engineer on this team, you'll lead the architecture — designing service boundaries, APIs, and plugin infrastructure that define how NOVA scales. You'll own services end-to-end, bring structure to complex technical problems, and set the standard for how the team builds and operates cloud-native infrastructure. This is a role for a senior engineer who thinks beyond features and cares deeply about how systems fit together.
