Requirements - A dedicated frontend developer with strong React skills and UX expertise will:• Enhance usability and accessibility of client-facing applications • Improve user adoption and satisfaction through well-designed, intuitive interfaces • Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation via user-centered design • Allow backend engineers to remain focused on core platform and integration work This role directly contributes to delivering business value through better user experience and more efficient workflows. Your expertise • Minimum 3+ years hands-on application development experience using React • Hands-On Experience with automated testing • Hands-On Experience with backend integration • Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines (preferably with GitLab) • Experience in translating high-level business requirements into IT requirements, ability to refine UI requirements based on feedback • Excellent communication skills
