About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our team.
You will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling our cloud-native infrastructure using Docker and Kubernetes, working with cross-functional teams to ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of our applications.
Responsibilities
Build, manage, and scale our cloud-native infrastructure using Docker and KubernetesAssist with legacy installation on non-cloud-native infrastructure using AnsibleDesign and implement secure, reliable, and highly available infrastructure for our applicationsAssist in network design for deployments to customer sitesEnsure high availability and performance of our applicationsCollaborate with software engineers to streamline our software delivery process and ensure reliability and scalabilityImplement and maintain security best practices for our infrastructureEducate other team members on the workings of the Docker/Kubernetes infrastructureParticipate in communications with end customers as part of the network design phaseAssist the sales/pre-sales teams in understanding and communicating deployment models to the end customer
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in building and managing cloud-native infrastructure using Docker and KubernetesExperience with Kubernetes โ installation, configuration, and troubleshootingFamiliarity with container networking and storage technologiesStrong background in infrastructure software, networking, and systems administrationStrong understanding of Linux operating systems and networkingStrong knowledge of Linux software packaging, distribution, and configurationStrong knowledge of cloud technology, containers, and microservicesExperience with public cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or AzureKnowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or BashUnderstanding of security best practices and experience implementing security controls in a cloud environmentStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentExcellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team

Familiarity with the ELK stackExperience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitLab CI/CDUnderstanding of agile software development methodologies
