Your Role As a Founding Engineer, you'll be one of the earliest members of the engineering team and play a key role in shaping the company's technical foundation.Build and deploy AI-powered systems, integrations, and production-ready solutions for enterprise customers.Work directly with customers to understand operational challenges, translate requirements into technical solutions, and optimize AI workflows.Influence technical architecture, product direction, and engineering culture as the company grows. We're Looking For Strong software engineering background with experience building backend systems, APIs, integrations, or distributed applications (Python preferred).Ability to operate with high ownership, move quickly, and solve ambiguous technical problems in a startup environment.Interest in AI systems, automation, and building production applications with emerging technologies.
