Hi All, Greetings from Ampstek, Actively Hiring for Role: DNS L3 Engineer Location: Sydney Duration: 6 Months Contract + Extension Job Description Provide L3 support for the current DNS platform. Work closely with customer SMEs to build domain knowledge and support ongoing operations. Mentor and uplift the capabilities of the L1/L2 support teams through knowledge transfer, documentation, runbooks, and operational coaching. Support the DNS environment within a shared-responsibility operating model.
