Tech Lead DevOps Engineer (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer / DevOps Engineering Leader or Manager to join a project focused on developing a self-service platform for our Client. This platform will empower developers and business users to automatically provision the necessary infrastructure and application environments for new digital solutions using a low-code/no-code approach. You will work in a hybrid mode - 1 day per week from Client's office. Your tasks Leading DevOps activities to ensure efficient infrastructure provisioning and application deploymentDriving the development of a self-service platform that meets the needs of developers and business usersEngaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectivesManaging systems integration processes to enhance the platform's functionalityUtilizing Azure DevOps and Microsoft Azure to streamline development workflowsImplementing and managing Crossplane and Argo CD for effective resource management and deploymentProviding technical leadership and mentoring to team membersFacilitating collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve project goals Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps or systems administrationDeep expertise in AzureDevOps and Microsoft AzureHands-on experience with Crossplane and Argo CDStrong skills in systems integration and stakeholder managementProven ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholdersDemonstrated leadership capabilities in a technical environmentAdvanced level of English Job no.
