Position Summary Full Stack Software Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and scaling the BlueTree Clinical Intelligence Platform. You will work directly with the Founder & CEO to transform innovative healthcare ideas into production-ready software used by long-term care homes across Canada. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys startup environments, solving complex problems, and building products that improve people's lives. Primary Responsibilities Software Development Design and develop scalable web applications. Develop responsive front-end interfaces. Build secure RESTful APIs. Create reusable software components. Develop cloud-native solutions. Optimize application performance. Troubleshoot production issues. Participate in architecture discussions. Front-End Development Develop user interfaces using technologies such as: React Next.js TypeScript HTML5 CSS3 Tailwind CSS Material UI Create interfaces for: Executive Dashboards Clinical Workbench Family Portal Resident Profiles AI Chat Interfaces Analytics Dashboards Mobile-responsive applications Back-End Development Design and implement: Python applications FastAPI Flask Node.js (preferred) Authentication services Business logic API integrations AI orchestration services Database Development Work with: MongoDB Atlas Vector Search NoSQL databases SQL (PostgreSQL, SQL Server or MySQL) Data modelling Query optimization Index design Artificial Intelligence Develop solutions utilizing: OpenAI APIs Azure OpenAI Google Gemini LangChain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Prompt Engineering Vector Embeddings AI Agent development Cloud Development Experience with one or more: Microsoft Azure AWS Google Cloud Platform Including: App Services Containers Storage Key Vault Serverless Functions Monitoring Networking DevOps Experience with: Git GitHub GitHub Actions CI/CD Pipelines Docker Kubernetes (preferred) Security Knowledge of: OAuth2 OpenID Connect MFA Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) Encryption Secure API development OWASP best practices Healthcare Technology (Preferred) Experience with or willingness to learn: Electronic Health Records (EHR) Healthcare interoperability HL7/FHIR Clinical workflows Privacy legislation (PHIPA, PIPEDA) Healthcare AI Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Ontario Diploma in one of the following: Computer Science Software Engineering Computer Programming Information Technology Related discipline Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
