Responsibilities
Solution Development and DeliveryAssists in system design, coding, and testing of technical solutions.
– Understands standard systems development lifecycle processes and applies our methodology effectively on client engagements.Applies knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients.Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applicationsUtilize backend data services and contribute to increase existing data services APIKeep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development Project ExecutionUnderstands project and development plans and is able to clearly articulate roles, project goals, and timelinesEnsure all designs produced deliver great user experienceEstablishes responsible deadlines and personal work plansCompetency with Programming tools such as Sublime Text, Trello, Asana, etcCoordinate with co-developers and keeps project manager well informed of the status of development effort and serves as liaison between development staff and project manager
Qualifications
Diploma/Degree/Master in Computer Science, or a similar relevant fieldA minimum of one (2) year of experience in designing and developing websites and appsA good understanding of frontend frameworks such as Bootstrap, Angular JS, Vue JS, Ionic etcIntegration of multiple data sources and databases into one systemFamiliarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workaroundsProficient in PHP, HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery ExpertExperience with PHP frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter, etc.)Excellent relational database skills with MySQLExperience with building restful JSON web servicesKnowledge of API’s, such as twitter, Facebook, Google maps, Instagram, etc.Understanding of responsive design frameworks such as bootstrap
