Description

We’re hiring: Cloud or Devops Engineers | AWS or Azure | Mid/Senior Lisbon or oPorto | Hybrid model — 2 days/week at the office We are looking for Cloud and/or Devops Engineers with around 3+ years of experience to join our team and support cloud engineering, infrastructure automation, security, reliability and DevOps initiatives. This opportunity is open to professionals with hands-on experience in either AWS or Azure environments. What you will do: -Design, build and maintain cloud solutions in AWS and/or Azure environments. -Support cloud migration initiatives and infrastructure modernization projects. -Manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK, ARM/Bicep or similar. -Implement security controls, manage access, encryption, identity and compliance requirements. -Support disaster recovery, business continuity and reliability practices. -Monitor cloud performance, availability and costs, identifying opportunities for optimization. -Troubleshoot infrastructure and cloud-related issues, ensuring stable and reliable delivery. -Develop automation scripts and support CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions or similar. -Create technical documentation, procedures and knowledge-sharing materials. -Collaborate with development, infrastructure and security teams, providing technical guidance and support. What we are looking for: -Starting at around 2+ years of experience in Devops, Cloud Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or similar roles. -Experience with cloud services such as: AWS: EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, Route 53 Azure: Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Entra ID / Azure AD, Storage Accounts, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, Azure Monitor, DNS, Key Vault (GCP can also be considered) -Experience with Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK, ARM templates or Bicep. -Good understanding of cloud networking, security architecture, identity and access management, data protection and compliance. -Experience with scripting, automation and CI/CD pipelines. -Develop and maintain automation scripts and Ansible playbooks to standardize cloud infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, deployment activities and operational tasks. -Knowledge of containers such as Docker and Kubernetes, including EKS, AKS or similar. Strong problem-solving skills, communication, autonomy and stakeholder engagement. Salary package: Global salary package: Base salary: 18k–40k/year, plus extra components and benefits, reaching a total salary package of up to 50k/year. The salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements. Final compensation will be determined according to the candidate’s profile and position requirements.
