Work in Supervisely Python Developer, DICOM Having a strong toolbox for processing and visualizing medical volumetric data from CT/ MRI imaging is an essential step in various medical applications that ranges from simple tumor identification to the assessment of tumor response and treatments in clinical oncology. Nowadays, the application of computer vision technologies in medical imaging has attracted extensive attention. We at Supervisely are building python toolkit for visualizing and processing 2D and 3D medical images, including Neural Networks support. We believe that AI-base approaches and well-designed research infrastructure are game changers in medicine. Most of our developments are open-sourced and shared with the ML community. Our goal is to build the best tools for medical images that will help engineers and data scientists to significantly speed up development in this field.
