About The Role & The Team You will join the web team composed of 6 engineers, mainly based in Paris with a couple of remote workers. As a frontend engineer at Tsuga, you will face very interesting technical challenges inherent to observability and earl-stage such has: Building simple, ultra-fast interfaces for complex problemsQuerying and visualize petabytes of dataPushing React/TypeScript and frontend performance to their limitsDesigning performance-oriented solutions designed to handle and display large volumes of data beyond the native capabilities of web browsersOptimizing front-end performance to ensure fast load times and a smooth user experienceWorking on huge product surface area: design systems, complex visualizations, flow builders, investigation assistants, etc.Being pragmatic and able to deploy working code into production, even if it’s not perfect, to maintain our development velocity (code pushed into prod every 6h, 1 week sprint) Our Technical Stack: Typescript, ReactRecharts, Tanstack query & tablesChakraUI for the design systemCI / CD in Github actions, Playwright and VitestAny AI you like to use to help make your job easier About You & What We Are Looking For At least 5 years of frontend experience in highly technical environmentPrevious experience in building data-driven applications, including visualizations and dashboardsKnowledge of observability is a huge plus but not mandatoryStrong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Vue, Angular)Knowledge of web performance Perks & benefits Lunch vouchers (Swile)Health insurance (Alan)Unlimited snacks at the officeReferral allocation 5k€Meaningful equityQuarterly team offsite in France - the whole company, every quarterParental leave: fully paid parental leave policy, 32 additional company-funded days for the non-birthing parent with flexible usage optionsRemote friendly: we have a lot of full remote workers and for others based in the Paris office, we expect them to come 3 days per week at the office Working at Tsuga πŸ”₯ We move fast.
