Job DescriptionBased in Sofia, you'll partner with Bulgaria's Head of Finance to keep the country's financial plan sharp and current; running the monthly re-forecasting cycle, owning the cash flow view, and keeping every department aligned on the numbers. Your rigor keeps the P&L honest and the plan actionable. The Journey Best Estimate: Run the re-forecasting process; gather inputs, update models, flag deviations against budget.Profitability sessions: Support the recurrent sessions aligning every department on the plan and targets; spot problems early, propose data-backed plans, and drive follow-ups to closure.Strategic projects: Co-lead workstreams spanning finance, Ops, Commercial, Marketing, Legal, country, or regional teams.Insight & analysis: Curate reliable data, build business cases, and challenge P&Ls.Tooling: Maintain and enhance dashboards in BigQuery/Looker. Using AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) daily is required; not just to speed up analysis, but to build clearer frameworks and move faster. Real work with AI, not just occasional use.
