Summary

A growing SaaS technology team is looking for a full-time Full-Stack Developer to own an end-to-end multi-tenant platform. You will build modern web interfaces, evolve relational database schemas and security policies, maintain the data layer behind business-critical decisions, and help keep the platform safe, accurate, and scalable.

Highlights

End-to-end ownership of a scalable multi-tenant SaaS platform, with responsibility spanning frontend features, database architecture, data integrity, and production reliability. The role offers meaningful influence over a platform serving a large and growing customer base.

Description

About the role We build a multi-tenant SaaS platform for hotel revenue management β€” demand forecasting, AI-driven pricing recommendations, automated rate distribution to hotel property management systems, group-block pricing, rate shopping, BI/analytics, and an in-app AI advisor. The platform is built to scale from a handful of properties to 1,000+ hotels. We're looking for a full-time developer to own the platform end-to-end: shipping features, maintaining the data layer that pricing decisions run on, and keeping a system that touches real hotel revenue safe and accurate. This isn't a "pick up tickets" role β€” you'll be one of the primary people who understands how the whole thing fits together. What you'll work on Build and maintain frontend features in our modern web app β€” dashboards, rate management tools, onboarding flows, admin surfaces.Design and evolve our relational database schema and row-level security policies for a multi-tenant system where tenant isolation is enforced at the database layer, not just in application code.Write and maintain backend logic β€” pricing engines, scheduled jobs, third-party integrations, notification pipelines.Maintain integrations with third-party hotel property management systems β€” async job patterns, webhook handling, and idempotent rate/restriction push with real safety guardrails (dry-run modes, kill switches).Work alongside our forecasting/ML pipeline β€” you won't necessarily be building models from scratch, but you'll integrate their outputs, debug pipeline issues, and keep the data flowing correctly.Understand and work with database performance and scaling as the platform grows across hundreds to thousands of properties.Write tests, review PRs, and generally act as a steward of a live production codebase used by paying hotel customers.Must-have skills Strong frontend development skills β€” solid production experience with a modern JavaScript framework and component-driven UI development, building interfaces people actually enjoy using.Strong database fundamentals β€” comfortable designing schemas, writing complex queries, and reasoning about data isolation and access control in a multi-tenant system. This isn't negotiableβ€” the tenant security in this app is in the database.Backend and integration experience β€” building and consuming APIs, and handling the realities of third-party integrations: retries, async workflows, and keeping things reliable when other systems misbehave.Nice-to-have Experience with React and TypeScript specifically, and modern build tooling (e.g. Vite).Experience with a backend-as-a-service platform such as Supabase or Firebase (auth, serverless/edge functions, migrations).Experience with the Deno or Node.js runtime.Python, plus exposure to cloud data warehouses (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake) or applied ML pipelines for forecasting.Experience with hotel/hospitality systems, revenue management, or property management platforms, or familiarity with pricing/forecasting concepts like elasticity, demand curves, and pickup/pace analysis.Mobile app development experience with cross-platform frameworks (e.g. Capacitor, React Native) for iOS/Android.Public cloud experience, particularly GCP (Cloud Run, BigQuery cost/ops) or equivalent.Experience working with agentic AI tools (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) as part of your day-to-day workflow.Whom we're looking for Someone who can take a feature from database schema through to UI without needing heavy hand-holding along the way.Someone comfortable being the sole or lead developer on a codebase with real operational stakes β€” mistakes here affect live pricing decisions for paying customers, not just a staging environment.Curious and a fast learner: when the domain (hotel revenue management) gets unfamiliar, you ask questions rather than guess, and you enjoy picking up new context quickly.
