We enable developers, traders, and businesses to build sophisticated financial products and algorithmic trading solutions across a variety of DeFi protocols. Role Overview As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for the deployment, management, and optimization of our blockchain infrastructure and services. You will work closely with the development team to ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines, scalable infrastructure, and robust security for our platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized networks, as well as a passion for building high-performance infrastructure. Main Responsibilities Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain scalable, high-availability infrastructure for DeFi applications and blockchain nodes.CI/CD Pipelines: Develop and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for blockchain projects, ensuring rapid and safe deployments.Automation: Automate infrastructure and processes using tools like Terraform, Kubernetes, Ansible, and others to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.Security: Implement and maintain best security practices, including network security, monitoring, and encryption to ensure the integrity and safety of blockchain networks and DeFi protocols.Monitoring & Performance: Set up monitoring tools for system health, performance, and security. Perform regular performance testing and optimization to ensure low-latency, high-reliability systems.Blockchain Node Management: Deploy and manage blockchain nodes (Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polkadot, etc.), ensuring high availability and security of node infrastructure.Collaboration: Work closely with blockchain developers, smart contract engineers, and security teams to ensure infrastructure supports the evolving needs of our applications.Cloud Management: Manage and optimize cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) to reduce costs and improve scalability for blockchain and DeFi applications.Scripting and Automation: Write and maintain scripts (Shell, Python, etc.) to automate infrastructure tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.Incident Response: Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime for critical blockchain services. Requirements Experience: 3+ years of DevOps experience, with a focus on managing high-availability, scalable infrastructure in cloud and on-premise environments.Blockchain Knowledge: Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, including node management, smart contracts, consensus mechanisms, and decentralized networks.Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, and familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (IAC) tools like Terraform.CI/CD Tools: Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI for continuous integration and deployment of decentralized applications.Automation Skills: Experience with automation tools like Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes to orchestrate containerized applications and manage infrastructure.Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Go for automating infrastructure processes.Security Practices: Familiarity with security practices in cloud environments, including firewalls, intrusion detection, and encryption techniques.Monitoring Tools: Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) for performance, security, and availability monitoring. Nice To Have Experience working in the DeFi or blockchain space.Familiarity with blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or Polkadot.Knowledge of smart contract development and auditing tools (e.g., Truffle, Hardhat, Remix).Experience with decentralized storage solutions (e.g., IPFS, Filecoin).
