Senior DevOps / SRE Engineer

We are hiring a Senior DevOps / SRE Engineer to build and own the production infrastructure and reliability foundation of the platform. SendOS is a AI operating system for business that connects AI agents, workflows, cases, permissions, approvals, integrations, licensing, tenancy, and audit into one controlled runtime. This role is responsible for integrating the existing SendOS Core services into one production-ready platform. Responsibilities: Design AWS infrastructure for development, staging, and production.Define workload placement across ECS Fargate, Lambda, and managed AWS services.Build and maintain infrastructure as code.Build secure CI/CD pipelines with automated deployment and rollback.Implement networking, IAM, secrets management, and encryption.Establish logging, metrics, tracing, alerts, and production monitoring.Design autoscaling, backup, disaster recovery, and incident response.Improve reliability while controlling infrastructure cost.Define production-readiness requirements for all services.Deliver infrastructure milestones within each sprint. Technical environment: AWS, ECS Fargate, Lambda, API Gateway, VPC, load balancers, RDS, DynamoDB, Redis, SQS, EventBridge, S3, CloudWatch, KMS, IAM, OIDC, Keycloak, GitLab CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
