DevOps / SRE Engineer

We are hiring a DevOps / SRE Engineer to build and operate the infrastructure and reliability foundation of SendOS. SendOS is an AI operating system for business that connects AI agents, workflows, cases, permissions, approvals, integrations, licensing, tenancy, and audit into one controlled runtime. This role is responsible for deploying, monitoring, and operating SendOS services across AWS environments. Responsibilities • Build and maintain AWS infrastructure using infrastructure as code • Deploy services across ECS Fargate, Lambda, and managed AWS services • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines • Implement logging, monitoring, tracing, and alerting • Manage networking, IAM, secrets, encryption, and environment isolation • Configure autoscaling, backup, rollback, and recovery • Investigate production incidents and reliability issues • Monitor infrastructure cost and resource usage • Support sprint releases and production-readiness checks Technical environment AWS, ECS Fargate, Lambda, API Gateway, VPC, RDS, DynamoDB, Redis, SQS, EventBridge, S3, CloudWatch, KMS, IAM, OIDC, Keycloak, GitLab CI/CD, and infrastructure as code. Requirements • Practical AWS and DevOps experience • Experience with ECS, Lambda, networking, and CI/CD • Experience with infrastructure as code • Understanding of cloud security and access control • Knowledge of observability and incident response • Strong troubleshooting and automation skills Salary Up to S$3,000 per month.
