The impact you will create:
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard tools, incorporating automated testing, static code analysis with SonarQube, and code quality checks to ensure maintainability and reliability.- Build and manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments with Kubernetes for scalable, resilient infrastructure.
Implement and maintain job orchestration and workflow automation in Databricks.
Establish comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to track application performance, system health, and security metrics.
Ensure security best practices and compliance requirements (including GDPR) are embedded throughout the development lifecycle, focusing on secure deployments, secrets management, and access control.
Manage cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), optimizing for performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability.
Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to promote DevOps culture, share technical expertise, and drive adoption of automation and best practices.
Experience and skills you will need:
Demonstrated ability in stakeholder communication and managementGood understanding of related data disciplines (e.g.
