We are looking for a passionate Senior Software Engineer to design, architect, and implement software solutions. You will take ownership across the full software development life cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering and system design through to testing and deployment, providing technical leadership within an engineering team to deliver high-quality, scalable software. In This Role, You Will Get To Design and write clean, well-structured, and testable code that sets the standard for the team, with a strong eye toward application performance, scalability, and maintainabilityLead code reviews, setting the bar for code quality and giving thoughtful, constructive feedback that raises the team's overall standardTranslate ambiguous business requirements into clear technical direction, and work closely with engineering stakeholders to shape what gets builtArchitect and develop features and solutions using our tech stack, making informed trade-offs between tools and approachesDiagnose and resolve complex issues, applying strong debugging methodology to identify root causes, including in systems you didn't originally buildDrive clear communication across the team, take ownership of project timelines, and help unblock others when priorities shiftChampion and help evolve the software development life cycle and internal engineering processesMentor and support junior and mid-level engineers, helping them grow their technical skills and judgment You'll Be Successful If You Have Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related fieldStrong development skills with at least 5 years of hands-on experience, including experience owning projects end-to-endStrong working knowledge of JavaScript and Node.js, with solid, hands-on experience in frameworks such as Next.js, React.js, or ExpressComfortable scripting and operating in a Linux environmentStrong understanding of infrastructure and CI/CD tools such as AWS, Google Cloud, Jenkins, or similar, with experience designing or improving CI/CD pipelinesHands-on experience with technologies such as Firebase, Docker, Nginx, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kubernetes, or Socket, we don't expect mastery of every tool, but solid working experience with several and the ability to pick up others quicklyA track record of learning new tools and platforms across software development and data engineering, and a good sense of when to introduce themWe are not picky about specific technologies, but we do value deep understanding of SDLC principles and sound architectural judgmentThai National or currently based in BangkokStrong proficiency in English both speaking and writing What You Are Like Open-minded, receptive to feedback, and able to give feedback constructively to othersA team player who enjoys collaborating, mentoring, and contributing ideasCreative and solution-oriented, you bring suggestions and technical direction to the table, not just problemsA "can do, will do" attitude, ready to take ownership of new challenges and guide others through themComfortable with ambiguity, adaptable in a fast-moving environment, and able to bring structure to it APPLY NOW!
