Senior Software Developer (Front Office Trading)

This team is responsible for coding and supporting solutions tailored to the front office (financial market business), working directly with traders. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to drive high-quality software development practices in a challenging and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Work with an agile squad to deliver solutions to meet the business requirements.Work closely with traders and front office teams to thoroughly understand their requirements and deliver solutions that effectively align with business objectives.Be proactive to take responsibility and have good communication with the teamBe creative to propose a solution for better performanceCoordinate with developers, DevOps and architects to present or review the solution and source codeProvide feedback to improve Norms and Processes, and development techniques. Qualifications: Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Groovy, Python, RESTful & SOAP APIs.Knowledge of data storage systems and message queues, such as PostgreSQL, Kafka, and RabbitMQ, is preferredKnowledge of CI/CD, GitHub platform components, Nexus is preferredStrong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.Good command of English Nice to have: Experience working in a financial or enterprise software environment.Experience with the Financial Information eXchange (FIX) protocol is an advantageA curious mindset with a passion for learning the financial market trading business and products.
